(Gym 1 hour) + 50 sit ups, 50 squats
TUESDAY: (yellow)
Breakfast: 1 banana
Lunch: 1 yellow pepper
Dinner: 1 banana
(Run 30 mins, bike 30 mins + 52 sit ups, 52 squats)
WEDNESDAY: (fast)
(+ 54 sit ups, 54 squats)
THURSDAY: (orange)
Breakfast: 1 Orange
Lunch: 1 Orange and 1 Orange pepper
Dinner: 1 carrot
(Run 1 hour + 56 sit ups + 56 squats)
FRIDAY: (red)
Breakfast: handful of rasberries
Lunch:Handful of strawberries
Dinner: 1 Red pepper
(Exercise dvd 1 hour, 20 min run , + 58 sit ups + 58 squats)
SATURDAY: (Purple/blue/pink)
Breakfast: handful of rasberries
Lunch:handful of blue berries and purple grapes
Dinner:Blue berries and raspberries and strawberries and purple grapes
(Run 1 hour + 60 sit ups + 60 squats)
SUNDAY: (Green)
Breakfast: handful of grapes
Lunch: Handful of grapes
Dinner: Letuce
(Gym 1. 30 hour + 62 sit ups + 62 squats)
Everyday 1 litre of water and 2 green teas, 3 vitamins as well. Doing this for 7 days, going to record all weight loss starting this TODAY! but it is just friday now, going to diary every day, wish me luck!!! Xxx
